Jounce-style helper springs are easier to install than air bags since they're less parts involved. Also, once they are installed you basically leave them alone. Air bags need to have the air pressure monitored and changed according to the load that's being carrier. The jounce-style will not impact the ride quality unless there is load present.

Though it will depend on how often you tow the trailer, either will definitely help with the squatting you are experiencing. That being said, I prefer the Firestone # F35FV. This is due to them being able to be deflated down to 5 psi when not towing. This will make them nearly, if not completely, unnoticeable when not towing. While technically there is not reason you couldn't use the 7500 kit, it really is not necessary for a camper like yours.
